If you fall within the income limits & the property you’re curious about falls into the location limits, you could qualify for a 100% Loan (no downpayment….yay).  Click here to check both your income and your property!  You don’t have to be looking at a home that is really far out of town.  Sometimes a property right on the edge of town qualifies.  Sometimes, you can even find an “in town” property that qualifies.

To qualify for income limits, it depends on where you live (city/state), how many people are in your family, the age of the occupants, if anyone is disabled, etc.  And no, you don’t have to be poor to qualify.  🙂  Check it out!

This is pretty impressive compared the FHA’s 3.5% required down & Conventional’s 5% down requirement.  🙂
